Zenryoku Martial Arts – first two lessons free

Kempsey High School – Monday and Wednesday Primary school kids 4.30 to 6pm and Highschool and adults 6.30pm to 8pm,

Aldavilla Primary School – Thursdays 4.30 to 6pm for primary and 6.30pm to 8 for highschool and adults ,

South West Rocks Primary School Tue and Thu 5pm to 6.30pm combined class,

Crescent Head Community Hall – Mondays 4.30 to 6pm,

Willawarrin Community Hall primary 3.30pm to 4.30 and seniors 4.30pm to 6pm.

Classes available at Macksville

Class fees $7

family discounts apply for 3 or more training

Special Mascot class for 4 to 5 yr olds on Mondays at Kempsey High $5 per lesson

We cover Stranger Danger Defence, Traditional and modern day Karate, Junior Self defence, Improves self esteem and helps with co-ordination and concentration
