The Natural and Holistic Parenting Expo show cases some of the regions experts in the fields of natural health relating to all aspects of parenting from preconception and beyond. Practitioners and service providers are on hand to answer all your questions and provide information about your choices as parents of any age child. Also browse the market stalls and exhibitions, attend the informative presentations and workshops and sample the healthy and orgranic allergy-free food. Children’s playground and non-toxic face painting for the kids.

This year’s expo brings Keynote speaker Dr Sarah Lantz to Port Macquarie to address attendees. Dr Lantz is author of ‘Chemical Free Kids – Raising Healthy Children in a Toxic World’. She writes and speaks regularly on the topic and will be a great presenter to catch on expo day.

Other workshops and presentations on the day will cover topcis such as nutrition for children, paediatric chiropractic, Steiner Education, Yoga and Relaxation sessions for children, tweens and teens as well as much much more. There are 27 exhibitors and two function rooms packed full of presentations and workshops.

If you are interested in bringing up your children as healthy and as naturally as you can then this expo will give you all the informaiton you need.
