Merrigong’s got a great range of events that will see kids of all ages, schools and families journey to far away places, explore our country and go on enchanting voyages of discovery.

For theatre shows with a school day matinee performance, there are teachers notes, post-show Q&A sessions and you can even book a special backstage tour to see what goes on behind the scenes. Each school day matinee includes a post-show Q&A session to give fascinating insights into the creative process.

We invite kids, schools and families in and around the Illawarra to come in, explore the venue, experience professional high quality theatre and engage in a range of other educational activities. We look forward to seeing you throughout the year!
