Zen Haiyang Tai Chi Welcomes Kids

Regular classes on Tuesdays at 8:30 -11am and at 6pm. Private lessons available for individuals or groups including Mums with Bubs and kids.

Kids are suitable to participate at around 5 years of age.

Lessons are usually held in the park – check by calling contact number and are weather dependant. No classes are held during school holidays.
