FACILITIES

We currently coach at 2 venues across Lake Macquarie.

Eleebana Tennis Centre – 3 synthetic grass tennis courts, all with lights for night play, a full size practise wall/court, a covered BBQ/outdoor area and a clubhouse including kitchen facilities.
Macquarie College – 2 synthetic grass tennis courts, both with lights for night play.

COACHING STAFF

There are 2 Full-time Professional Coaches and 4 Part-time Assistant Coaches who conduct our coaching programs. View the profiles our professional coaching staff.

PROGRAMS

Junior & Adult Squads: are classes for children between the ages of 5 & 18 or adults. It is a 3 tiered program for beginner, intermediate and advanced players which teaches technique, match play, tactics, mental approach and physical fitness through a variety of drills, simulated match play and games, as well as discussion during lessons.

Coaching Clinics: are conducted during the school holidays at the end of each term and are a 2 tiered program designed to cater to the beginner and intermediate level juniors through our Junior Coaching Clinic & Multisport Activities Programme; and our advanced juniors through our Elite Player Development Clinic. These are intense 2 or 4 day programs designed to cover a wide range of activities. They are an excellent supplement to the regular squad lessons.

Cardio Tennis: is a new, fun group fitness activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. It includes a warm-up, cardio workout and cool-down phases and is a great way to burn calories. It is available for both juniors and adults.

Competitions: Xpoint competitions are offered to all junior or adult players of appropriate standard as soon as they are ready to play. The competitions are conducted at various times for all player levels in different formats every day of the week. Sign up to Xpoint competitions or view your draws.
