Each year in September the Caragabal Country Club hosts the Graincorp Sheep Races. This is a fantastic event for the community and visitors with up to six races and the chance to bid for and decorate your own sheep. There are great prizes for winners (courtesy of generous sponsors) and a live band, bar area (no BYO), kids entertainment (including a lolly drop and jumping castle) and BBQ making it the perfect day for families.

The gates open at 11am with the first race starting at 12.30pm.

Prices are $10 per person or $25 per family
