Aimed at children primarily from 5 to 14 years of age, Sport and Recreation is working with a range of groups to stage a variety of sport and recreation opportunities across the region. These activities will give participants a chance to take part in a wide variety of sports whilst finding out about how to join the local club.

Working with qualified coaches, instructors and development staff from a range of sports, children will be able to learn or improve their skills in a fun environment.
