BALLET 1

Tiny Tots Ballet is exciting and imaginative ballet based, creative dance classes, designed to enhance children’s movement abilities, through the magical world of music and dance.

DANCE 1

Our recreation dance classes explores the basic elements of Jazz and Hiphop. Classes will introduce and guide kids through many movement associated with the above styles in a fun atmosphere. Classes are based on either a 30 or 45min session dependent on ages.

Playgym & Kinder gym

Both play gym and kinder gym are a parent/caregiver and child activity where you as parents can share some special time and encourage learning with your child in a fun, safe environment. The classes are designed to improve your childs gross motor coordination, fitness, strength, and confidence through a variety of fun and stimulating activities, games and circuits using all the apparatus in the gymnastics centre. By varying the skills learnt each week and practicing those already taught, your childs physical ability will visibly improve throughout the year.

Recreational gym

Our recreational classes are designed to offer your child an introduction to gymnastics in a non-competitive and fun atmosphere. They learn the basics of gymnastics while increasing their fitness, flexibility and coordination.

BOYSGYM

A recreational class just for boys in a fun and fast moving program. Our programs are designed to keep the kids moving through a variety of pre setup circuits utilising all of our equipment.

JRGYMSKILLS

Improve your child’s gross motor skills and self-confidence with this introduction to gymnastics! Gymnastics helps develop strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
