Me and My Friend – Confidence and Self Esteem Building
This is an 8 week course for 6-8 year olds to help build confidence and self-esteem. The group will assist children in getting to know themselves better, understand their unique qualities, deal with conflict situations, talk about feelings and practise social skills in a safe environment.
As part of the program, sessions involving parents are included to provide them with parenting information, support and opportunities to participate in activities with their children.
