Program

Water Events will commence at 9am Saturday 30 November and include:
Surf boat races – heats and finals
Dragon boat races – heats and finals
Kayak races – heats and finals
Sailing races – heats and finals
Interschool raft races
Water ski demos – including bare foot and air chair demos
Water ski instruction and rides
River cruises
Fishing competition
Spectactular river lantern parade
Floating fireworks display
Most of the water events will be staged in the area on the western side of the Macksville traffic bridge and best viewing will be from River Street.

Entertainment Events will focus on two stages – a main stage at the intersection of River Street and Princess Street and a smaller stage near the Star Hotel.
Main Stage – The Adam Eckersley Band will perform from 6.30pm on Saturday 30 Nov.
– other local acts (yet to be announced) starting from 4pm
– during the earlier part of Saturday there will a program featuring talented local kids
Star Hotel stage will have a number of easy listening acts such as jazz and blues – still being finalised

Food and Wine Marquee will provide you with the chance to sample some of the quality local produce.
