Ready Steady Go Kids is Australia’s leading preschool sport and exercise program. Operating since 2004, we currently run classes for toddlers and kids (aged 2.5-6 years) at more than 200 locations nationally. Our high quality, physio-designed multi-sport activities teach preschoolers the fundamentals of 10 different sports including Soccer, Tennis, Hockey, AFL, Cricket, Athletics, Basketball, Rugby, Golf and T-Ball and develop and enhance gross and fine motor skills in a fun, social, non-competitive, supportive team-based environment.

The classes run for 45 minutes and there are 5 sports covered each term. Classes also focus on a specific gross motor, hand-eye/foot-eye and/or balance activity to complement the sport component. The Ready Steady Go Kids program has a structure that is repeated each week so that children become familiar and comfortable with the routine. 

Ready Steady Go Kids aims to develop a lifelong passion for physical activity and sport, decrease childhood obesity, increase confidence and prepare children for participation in school and the broader community.
