RUFFS Ice Cycle Comes to Canberra Dog Parks!
Tuggeranong Town Park , Greenway ACT 2900
Description
It’s time for Canberra pooches to get cool! The capital’s dogs and their owners will be excited to hear that for the first time, Purina Australia will be visiting local Canberra dog-parks as part of an effort to cool down the nation’s pooches with a refreshing new frozen treat: RUFFS ICE BONES.
As the name suggests, RUFFS ICE BONES are shaped like a bone and, unlike human ice treats, have a delicious beef flavour that’s sure to get tails wagging.
On Saturday 1st March, dogs and their families are invited to Tuggeranong Town Park (AM) or Weston Park (PM) to pick-up their FREE RUFFS ICE BONES treat, mingle with other dogs and enjoy a fun run on the RUFFS agility course.
Purina Ambassador and Bondi Vet, Lisa Chimes, said: “Keeping dogs cool in the summer months is always a hot topic with owners, especially with the Australian climate reaching temperatures of over 30 degrees. Keeping your pets cool in summer certainly isn’t easy.
“Purina have developed a treat that refreshes them quickly, but also helps keep dogs cool and happy in the hot weather. It’s great to see RUFFS team touring capital cities and give dogs the chance to test out RUFFS ICE BONES,” she said.
