Small Steps classes assist your child develop a strong, confident and balanced mind and body.
The relationship between brain and body is built on a child’s experience of movement. During our weekly 30 -45 minute classes, we move with mum/dad or carer. We move on the mat. We move under the parachute. We move on the beam, slide, tramp, swing, ladder, to music, making music, doing gymnastic, yoga and dance moves… We move, we learn and we laugh!
