The garden is open every day except Christmas Day

Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 9.30am – 5.30pm

Mobility scooters and wheelchairs are available for free at the Visitor Centre (with a refunded deposit on return).

Accessible paths: some areas of the Garden are wheelchair accessible, however there are several steep paths and stairs. Accessible routes and toilets are sign posted.

Accessible toilets: the toilets at the Garden are wheelchair accessible.

Parking: special bays are provided in the carpark.

Visitor facilities:

World Heritage Exhibition Centre, located inside the Visitor Centre.

Plant themed events such as the ‘Waratah Festival’ and ‘Plants With Bite!’

Art exhibitions

Picnic areas with free electric barbecues.

The Wollemi Room: conference facilities, seats 80 available for hire.

Weddings

Education for schools, children’s school holiday activities and workshops for adults

The Jungle Lodge
